Project Description
Convergint Technologies was chosen by LAWA to replace the Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System (ACAMS) existing software throughout the campus (over 40 buildings) including implementing biometrics. This impacted over 4,000 ACAMS readers across the property.

Service Provided
Make Good Company was hired for the coordination and operational impacts to all stakeholders across the campus. This included understanding and organizing countless meetings, walk-throughs, presentations, all to ensure the stakeholders understand the scope of work, impact to their day to day as well as find creative ways to adjust during the impact period.

Numerous submittals through LAWA’s Shutdown Control Center as well as precise tracking of said submittals played an integral role in the success of this project.

Make Good Company also provided as-built documentation for the close-out documents of all impacted readers throughout all of the buildings across the campus and integrated these plans into the OnGuard security system.
