Project Description
Coordination with airlines of the opening of the new Tom Bradley International West Gates, mid-year rates adjustment process, changes to the common use fee methodology and extraordinary coverage protection charge and new request for proposals.

Service Provided
We provided coordination for the construction impacts to the airlines and held consistent meetings. We also assisted with the programming and scope of work for the bussing operations from the new Terminal 1.5 to the new Tom Bradley International Terminal West Gates.
